Custom Order Form

How to place a custom order ✧.*

Thank you so much for choosing me as your designer for the upcoming season! I’m honored to be part of your skating journey. To ensure every custom design receives the time, creativity, and attention it deserves, please review the ordering process below before getting started.

Step 1. Before submitting any forms or placing a non-refundable deposit, please contact me to confirm availability on my schedule. All custom orders must be placed a minimum of 6-12 weeks in advance. Depending on the time of year and design complexity, availability may be limited. (Please be aware that no spots on my schedule are secured until a deposit has been paid)

Step 2. Once you have confirmed availability, a non-refundable $100 USD deposit is require to secure your spot on my production schedule. Deposits can be placed through Etsy, or you may contact me via email for Venmo and Zelle payment options.

Step 3. After the deposit has been paid, please download the custom design PDF located below, complete all sections, and email the finished copy along with any reference images or music files to figuresskateboutique@gmail.com

Step 4. Once I have received your completed form, I will review the project details and respond within 3-5 business days with the next steps.
